Description

The installation of piston seal is rather difficult without a suitable tool, it’s easy to make the seal inflected, and damage the seal even if it’s the high quality one.
The piston seal constrictor can use for installation and constriction, it can impose the T shape clamp and cloth to make the process easily. After the installation, it can constrict the seal again and make it close to the metal groove more, let the shape recover, reduce the chance of problem caused during the usage consequently.

Product Instructions

How to use
1. After heating or soften the PTFE seal, use cloth tapes to bind the both side of the seal, and enter into the groove along the edge of the piston
2. After finishing the installation, use the cloth circle the seal, then use the constrictor to tighten it. It will take 3 to 5 minutes to reach the restoring effect
3. Red PU pad can fill the gap between the tape and the seal , avoiding leak during the restoring process.

Description

PTFE piston seals installer.1. Put PTFE ring in a temperature controlled oven, heat it up to 120C. PTFE ring will be softened.2. Place the heated PTFE ring on a suitable position of STRETCHER then press firmly and smoothly.3. Lay the piston seal onto the groove of piston.
